When is hideseek Chicago opening?
Our doors open on August 14th, 2021! We are excited to announce that we will be in Chicago until January 30, 2022! So be there or be square!

We are excited to welcome you back to HideSeek with care and consideration. The health and safety of our guests, as well as our employees, is of utmost importance to us. HideSeek will work with the appropriate Health Departments to ensure a safe, clean and comfortable experience. DO WE NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF VACCINATION?
No, not at this time. Under the current guidelines, HideSeek does not require to verify proof of vaccination or a negative test to enter.
Do we have to wear a mask?
It is required for every guest over the age of 2, to wear a face mask. Masks must be worn at all times (even for photos) while inside the experience to ensure the safety of everyone around you.
IS HIDESEEK FOR KIDS AND ADULTS?
YES! HideSeek is fun and appropriate for all ages! You can let both your inner child and real one run wild!
HOW DO I GET TICKETS?

Am I allowed to exchange my ticket or get my money back?
All tickets are non refundable. However, if you can’t make your assigned date, please email us and we can change your time or date of attendance!
Do I have to select a specific time of day to visit HideSeek?
Gr8 question. When you purchase a ticket, you will choose a time-slot. You will be welcomed into our entrance at your scheduled time. We aren’t taking attendance, but you won’t get access if you’re 30 minutes late – if you snooze you lose.
Where do I park?
There is a parking lot in Pipers Alley, approximately two blocks away that guests of HideSeek will have access to! There is also street parking available along North Wells st.

We offer free shipping on all orders above $100 (after discounts, gift cards, and before taxes).
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER WILL SHIP?
All in-stock orders will be processed within 1-2 business days with the exception of holidays. Please note that during site-wide sales and holiday seasons, there may be delays in order processing time. Don’t worry – we’ll keep you in the loop!
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once the order has been placed, we cannot cancel the order in any way. However, we can add or change items from the order. Please contact email@example.com and we would be happy to help!
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so that you can locate your order anytime during the shipping process. If the status of your order hasn’t been updated in more than 3 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out!
CAN I GET A REFUND?
At this time, we only accepts exchanges. We DO NOT accept returns or provide refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange your product within 30 days of delivery.
HOW DO I START A EXCHANGE ONLINE?
To get the exchange process started, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and we will provide you with further instructions. We DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS OR FREE RETURNS, but we will cover the cost of shipping for your outgoing exchange. Please note that if you wish to process a second exchange for the same order, we will charge an additional shipping fee.
WHAT IF I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM OR A DAMAGED ITEM?
If you experienced a problem with your order, whether you received the wrong item or defective merchandise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a prepaid return label.
