but not when it comes to safety.
We are excited to soon welcome you back to HideSeek with care and consideration. The health and safety of our guests, as well as our employees, is of utmost importance to us. HideSeek will work with the appropriate Health Departments to ensure a safe, clean and comfortable experience. Our team has made significant modifications from our past exhibits in Toronto and Montreal to further ensure the safety of all visitors.
Face mask policy
All visitors above the age of 2 are required to wear cloth face masks or coverings over their nose and mouth at all times while inside HideSeek. We offer disposable masks upon request to ensure everyone is covered and safe. Our staff will wear face masks as well.
Increased cleaning frequency
The entire exhibit undergoes a deep clean before opening and at the end of each day using government recommended and registered cleaning solutions. All HideSeek staff members will be provided with health and safety training and will be required to continually disinfect all touchpoints and installations throughout the exhibit.
Social distancing
Social distancing will be enforced by our staff members throughout the exhibit.
Sanitization stations
Each room will have hand sanitizing stations for our guests and staff members to use.
Reduced number of guests per time slot
In order to ensure guests can maintain 6 ft apart from one another, we will be limiting the tickets available in each timeslot. Additionally, each room will have a maximum capacity and will have a staff member present to ensure that capacity and social distancing practices are being enforced.
Extra air ventilation
Our HVAC system will be updated to comply with the appropriate health and safety standards. We will ensure that the proper HVAC systems are in place and are circulating more ventilated air than is required by city codes. Rest assured, clean and purified air will be circulated throughout the exhibit.
